- Developed a complete Booking System independently, collaborating with other teams to integrate APIs and external platform data, enabling real-time room availability and management.
- Built a comprehensive Admin Panel to streamline company operations, improving internal workflows and data management efficiency.
- Implemented AWS solutions including uploading images to S3, deploying code on EC2, and setting up a CI/CD pipeline for faster and more reliable deployments.
- Created a web scraper to extract data from multiple student accommodation platforms, automatically saving the information in Excel format on Microsoft SharePoint and deploying it through AWS ECS, significantly reducing manual data collection efforts.
- Developed and deployed machine learning models for predictive analytics, including fine-tuning pre-trained models to optimize booking predictions and customer behavior analysis.
- Implemented RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline to build an intelligent chatbot for customer support, leveraging LLMs to provide accurate and context-aware responses.
- Applied data analysis techniques using Python, Pandas, and NumPy to extract insights from booking data, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Worked on multiple projects involving scheduled tasks (cron jobs) to automate recurring processes and improve operational efficiency.
